ОАО «Каменскволокно» является производителем параарамидных волокон и нитей в России.Синтетические высокомодульные нити СВМ, Русар®, Армос и Artec®, разработанные российскими учеными и инженерами, относятся к классу параарамидных волокон. Нити обладают уникальными свойствами: высокой прочностью при растяжении, высоким модулем упругости, низким разрывным удлинением, высокой стойкостью к термической и термоокислительной деструкции, устойчивостью к действиям химических реагентов, хорошей совместимостью со связующими различных классов. Нити инертны при прикосновении с другим материалом. Нити не токсичны, не взрывоопасны, не самовоспламеняемы, горят при соприкосновении с открытым огнем и гаснут при удалении огня. Нити могут длительно храниться без изменения свойств, незначительно меняют свои свойства в мокром состоянии, устойчивы к длительному пребыванию в воде, биостойки.ОАО «Каменскволокно» предлагает параарамидные волокна и нити: нити СВМ линейной плотности 14,3; 29,4; 58,8 и 120 текс, имеющие высокую удельную разрывную нагрузку – 170-180 сН/текс, модуль упругости – 103 ГПа и удлинение нити при разрыве – 3,5 %;нити Русар®линейной плотности 6,3; 14,3; 29,4; 58,8; 100; 110; 120 и 167 текс, имеющие повышенную удельную разрывную нагрузку – 210-240 сН/текс, высокий динамический модуль упругости – 135 ГПа и пониженное удлинение нити при разрыве – 2,6 %;нити Армос линейной плотности 58,8 текс, характеризующиеся сохранением высокой прочности на протяжении длительного времени (15 лет и более), высоким модулем упругости – 137 ГПа, отсутствием финишного замасливателя и используемые исключительно в композиционных материалах, в том числе длительно- и тяжелонагруженных;нити Artec® линейной плотности 31,0 и 58,8 текс представляет собой результат технологической эволюции нити Русар® и обладает еще более высокими техническими характеристиками, обеспечивающими изделиям исключительные баллистические свойства, и предназначены для изготовления элитных высококачественных изделий для средств баллистической защиты и материалов специального назначения;нити Русар® «О» линейной плотности 29,4 и 40 текс, имеющие удельную разрывную нагрузку – 60-75 сН/текс и повышенный кислородный индекс – 42 %.штапельное волокно Русар® «О» (с линейной плотностью элементарного волокна 0,194; 0,33 текс и длинной резки 70 – 80 мм и 40 – 42 мм соответственно) характеризуется высокими огнезащитными свойствами (кислородный индекс = 42 % об.), удовлетворительными физико-механическими показателями и способно к текстильной переработке, предпочтительнее в смеси с натуральными волокнами.
