Gyrotron Technology, Inc. develops and sells unique industrial technologies primarily to the glass, semiconductor, solar cell, adhesives and plastics industries which substantially enhance productivity and cut costs by, among other things, applying heat in a dramatically more efficient and effective manner than is possible with legacy technologies. The GTI product line includes both gyrotron-based technologies (see “what is gyrotron technology”, below) and a non-gyrotron line of Glass Laminating and Solar Cell Encapsulating equipment, called the GLS (see laminating).
What is Gyrotron Technology? Methods and processes for industrial heat treatment based on the first high-frequency Microwave Beam in history. The beam's high power density and ability to heat selectively, ultra-rapidly and out-perform conventional solutions make it the heat treatment of choice where high through-put and quality are essential.
