Welcome to SNC-Lavalin's Vendor Registration Website. SNC-Lavalin is a world leader in engineering and construction services. If you are interested in providing goods or services to our companies or projects, please register with us. If you are accessing the registration forms for the first time select the option "Register". SNC-Lavalin is committed to fair competition in the marketplace. The choice of suppliers for goods and services is predicated on the competitive conditions of quality, price, service and overall value to SNC-Lavalin. We are always on the lookout for suppliers who are capable of helping us deliver superior results for our clients. The vendor registration site has been created as a service to vendors and contractors around the world. Accessible as part of the SNC-Lavalin Web Site, the vendor registration site is provided as a way for companies to register and maintain their corporate and product information. This site is a direct link to the SNC-Lavalin corporate vendor and contractor database used on projects by the SNC-Lavalin procurement personnel. Please take a few moments to read through SNC-Lavalin's Health and Safety and Environmental Policy as well as the Terms of System Usage. Your registration on our site expresses the fact that you comply with the above. When you register you will be required to provide a unique user name and user password. Once accepted you will have a secure entry into the SNC-Lavalin database where you will be able to create and maintain the information about your company. It is also through this registration process that you will then be eligible to participate in electronic bidding through SNC Lavalin's Global Procurement System. You may also provide restricted access to other individuals within your company; to Sales Representatives; Affiliated Offices or to Plants. Using the user name and password you provided when you registered for the first time, you will be able to assign other distinct user names and passwords to specific individuals within your organization. They in turn will be able to update their own profile as a member of your organization and they will also be able to participate in electronic bidding. These restricted accesses are issued and managed by your company directly. Terms of System Usage Registrant denotes the party or parties who initially created the registration and/or the party subsequently assigned to administer the registration. Users denote the parties authorized by the Registrant to access or contribute information. The content and information submitted is entirely under the control and management of the Registrant, Users and of those who contribute it, and in no way shall SNC-Lavalin or its employees, agents or partners be responsible or accountable for information contributed. The Registrant, Users and those who contribute information warrant that they are duly authorized to do so and to act on the behalf of the organisation for which they have registered. By registering in SNC-Lavalin's Global Procurement System (GPS) the vendor will conform to SNC-Lavalin Requirements with respect to bid documentation. Any vendor who is invited to a bid package through the Global Procurement System will be required to submit their information through the RF(x) module and using the system to the best of their knowledge. Any deviation from this will have to be explained to the project team and to Global Procurement and ultimately SNC-Lavalin may choose to deactivate the vendor’s account in GPS. Should SNC-Lavalin detect any misrepresentation of association or affiliation, SNC-Lavalin may, at its sole discretion, file action directly or report such misrepresentation to the aggrieved party or to the authorities for legal recourse. SNC-Lavalin at any time and without reservation may suspend or cancel access to or withdraw privileges to the vendor registration of any Registrant or User. Information contributed may be used freely and without reservation by SNC-Lavalin its employees, partners, agents and clients in the due process of evaluating and selecting potential bidders and for the purposes of soliciting bids for the award of work. Information contributed may be included as part of statistical data which SNC-Lavalin may compile for its own purposes or for that of its clients. Registration does not denote qualification. Registered vendors must qualify for work on a project by project basis; meeting the commercial, regional and technical requirements of each specific project. Registration does provide access to information which may be confidential or proprietary in nature. As such the Registrant and Users warrant that they will not divulge information obtained through use of the vendor registration to any third party organisation or to individuals, except for information which was already available in the public domain.
