The MCLEAN brand represents a line of meats from Certified Organic farms. The POLO-NATRO brand represents a line of meats from specially selected farms that do not use antibiotics and that meet our animal welfare criteria. All MCLEAN & POLO-NATRO cooked products are made without the use of chemical food additives such as MSG, erythorbate, nitrates, nitrites, or artificial flavours or colours.
