First of all, I want to thank all of you who responded to my article on price reductions last month. It really warmed my heart that so many people responded, and I especially want to thank those who used the information to actually go and get price reductions as well as taking the time to tell me how it worked. 
The word "they" in the above headline refers to "new clients, repeat business and referrals." And in this article, I'm going to show that when it comes to your clients and prospective clients, keeping it personal and building and maintaining strong relationships with them can dramatically impact your bottom line.
