Description of work:
Provide
systems engineering support services for implementing a new enterprise-level
Change Management process during the construction phase of capital projects.
Prepare implementation plan for piloting new process on selected projects.

process (including forms, tracking database) and guidance documentation to
reflect feedback from project teams/stakeholders resulting from project pilots
and to optimize effectiveness of the new process.
Develop
training materials, including Powerpoint presentations outlining the process

Provide training and orientation for staff participating in change management

Experience Requirements:
Minimum
20 years of experience in systems engineering, with thorough knowledge of
