Description of work:
Provide
systems engineering support services for implementing a new enterprise-level

Prepare implementation plan for piloting new process on selected projects.

process (including forms, tracking database) and guidance documentation to
reflect feedback from project teams/stakeholders resulting from project pilots
and to optimize effectiveness of the new process.
Develop
training materials, including Powerpoint presentations outlining the process

Experience Requirements:
Minimum
20 years of experience in systems engineering, with thorough knowledge of
