I am honored that you have trusted me to be President of the AIS for the following 12 months. My first role as President was spent in China. I gave a presentation on action research and qualitative research at a workshop for doctoral students and staff at XiAn and then was one of the Faculty at the PACIS doctoral consortium in Suzhou. I discussed the role of supervising research students and being supervised. To me this was most appropriate start for my presidency for many reasons. Read more...
